We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, France and Italy. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor to islands in other countries.
If you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been sent, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. Changing the delivery address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
Deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The customer must, within 24 hours of receiving the package, check that it has not been damaged during shipment and that all items are included. Any incident in this respect must be reported during this period. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or faults that may have occurred during transport.
In the event of receiving a product damaged during transport, the transport company must be informed by leaving a note on the delivery receipt that is signed by the delivery person and keeping a copy of the delivery note.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
We do not process exchanges. You must return the product and place a new order.
The period of time to return an article is 14 calendar days after the delivery of the order. After this period, no returns will be accepted. Return transport costs are to be borne by the customer.
It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return will be possible. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at ALDAY in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A RETURN?
The costs associated with returns will always be charged to the buyer, who will be informed in advance of this cost. This cost will be deducted from the return payment, which will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

GUARANTEE OF THE ARTICLES
All our articles are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery of the order. The guarantee will only apply in those cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage has not been caused by misuse. We will study in detail if, in each case, the damage has been caused by misuse of the product.
